Closed-cell foam tape with adhesive backing. Allows mini-needle probe to penetrate sealed bag without leakage during or after removal.  Use at least 1" (2.5cm) of foam tape when cooking Sous Vide to prevent leakage.

  • Range: -40 to 194°F (-40 to 90°C)
