Use the Therma 20 Series thermometer when you need superior accuracy and you want to swap probes without recalibrating the meter. Scientific grade thermistor sensors and a high precision meter provide better system accuracy than you normally get with thermocouple systems. Each meter includes a NIST-Traceable certificate with actual test data. Your system performance will be better than ±0.7°F (±0.4°C) including all probe errors. Perfect for critical food applications or lab work.

Probes attach using an industrial-grade, screw-locking connector so the probe can't fall off the meter and contamination is kept away from the probe contacts. The wide selection of interchangeable probes feature rugged heavy-duty handles and better speed than most thermistors.

Optional certified Test Caps can be plugged into the meter to test its accuracy. The thermometer itself can be used in ambient conditions down to -4°F such as in frozen food envrionments (EN13485 standard for quick frozen foods). Measurement range spans from -40°F to 302°F depending on the probe itself. Resolution is 0.1°F or °C. Simple one-button operation. Hold the On/Off button down for 5 seconds to change from °F to °C. Batteries last 20,000 hours. Add protection with the optional rubber boot.
