Why did you choose this?
Because I kept misplacing my first Thermapen and accidently put a hot cast iron on top of it. Hoping this will protect the placement.
To keep it out of drawer
If you can't find your tools easily, you can't use those tools. I have a variety of Thermapens. These brackets should help me to keep them better organized and more accessible.
So I can find my Thermapen when I need it!
