Instant temperature reading!

Very accurate temperature reading and fast. Smart wake up when I want to take my steak core temperature. Display orientation will auto rotate so I don't have to take note how the probe is inserted

Worth it

Read is instant. I've had cheap ones before, glad I spent the money on this one. First use I tested it against two pieces cooking on the grill, one of which was on a known grill hot spot. This picked up the temperature difference that confirmed a feel test.
