"Overall, I continue to be disappointed with the diminishing durability and quality of the Thermoworks products that come out. Current probes are flimsy, kink easily, and in my usage have had a higher failure rate than the older products. Case in point that you need to use an additional product wrap for the probes to keep them from becoming a rats-nest of junk. Do the new products have improved features? Yes. But the quality is not as good as the old Thermoworks days. Instead of previously being ""Best of the Best"" commercial-grade products, they have become more like everyone else, but more expensive. I used to gift these to everyone in my family, but no longer."

"I love the alarm,and how fast the reading is. My oven does not fit the put clip and it fell to the burner, thank goodness, I heard it and rescued that probe. I cannot kerp it from falling to the bottom when I open the door so i only use it in my smoker."
