Mo’ Bettahs had a problem on their hands. A good problem. They were growing rapidly and needed to start thinking like a big company with big solutions. For speed and efficiency during service, they traded in their generic dial thermometer for a Thermapen Mk4. Then they went paperless using Thermapen Blue to digitally log all HACCP food temperatures.
