Controller
We are a small, privately-held corporation that is growing quickly. We are looking for an accountant that is ready to take a managerial role and participate in developing the company as we continue to build the business. You should have at least a bachelors degree from a competitive university. Two to five years experience in public accountancy would provide some depth to your background. Alternatively, you may have a track record in a responsible role with small to mid-sized companies in distribution or manufacturing. In addition to experience, you will need the ability to learn and to find the answers that may be missing. This is a career opportunity that will require dedication and commitment. However, we offer a friendlier environment and a more family-conscious spirit than the Fortune 500.

Requirements:

Manage and develop accounting/clerical staff
Manage performance of receivables, payables, payroll, etc...
Maximize effective company-wide use of the business system (Netsuite)
Help to establish and maintain effective performance metrics for the business
Monitor cash flow and advise management on effective cash strategies
Assure compliance with federal, state and local legal requirements
Advise on corporate tax strategy
Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
Track profitabilty of operations and suggest improvements
Participate in strategic planning and propose/monitor budgets

Graphic Designer
We are looking for a versatile designer with some experience and the enthusiasm required to work for a small and growing company. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to contribute and grow with the company.

Requirements:

Print Design/Layout/Production (brochures and catalogs)
Web Design
Product Packaging Basics
Digital Photography and Photo Editing
Some experience in technical illustration a plus.
Ability to understand semi-technical products and concepts.
Software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Microsoft Office
Must be a self-starter with the ability to pay attention to detail, prioritize, multi-task and hit deadlines.
Ability to organize electronic and paper files.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelors degree and 2+ years of experience.

Office Help
Answer phones, order entry, processing/packing orders, customer service. You'll need:

Excellent communication skills
Flexibility
Good PC skills
Great organization
Speedy work habits
Minimal errors and a very helpful disposition.
