In-Bound Sales & Phone Reception ThermoWorks is looking for an in-bound sales person with a professional culinary background or a demonstrated expertise in cooking or baking. We supply the #1 rated cooking thermometer to commercial and consumer markets. You will answer in-bound calls, take orders, answer questions, answer emails and route some calls to other team members. You will interact daily with experts and newcomers in commercial foods, competition BBQ, home cooking and baking. You must be enthusiastic about the thermal mysteries of cooking and chilling food and anxious to give educated advice on the use of our fast and accurate thermometers. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional spelling and grammar. Your demeanor must be friendly and helpful. Marketing Assistant ThermoWorks is the home of the number one rated cooking thermometer. We are well respected in the commercial food industry and among home cooking enthusiasts. We need a Marketing Assistant with several years experience (3+). You'll need background in database marketing, email campaigns, direct mail, trade shows, ecommerce, print and web marketing. Skills should include Excel, CRM, organization, communication, and databases. You will make travel and trade show arrangements and will provide support to the VP of Sales and Marketing. You will interface daily with product vendors, customers, executives and staff. Responsibilities include tracking many marketing projects and initiatives. You will keep schedules and monitor deliverables. You must have the ability to gather content, keep designers moving and deliver results. You should be outgoing and professional. Executive Assistant Small but fast growing company is looking for an Executive Assistant to increase the productivity of the President/CEO. You must have experience working for senior executives in a small to mid-sized enterprise. The job requires attention to detail, a sense of urgency, problem solving, communication skills, organization, advanced interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and a professional demeanor. You'll need the ability to track schedules, priorities and deadlines while encouraging the performance of others. You will help plan meeting agendas, make accurate minutes, and track assignments.
